"Centralt beliggende og rummelig ferielejlighed med soveværelse, stue/køkken, bad og stor entré. Lejligheden var pæn og ren, og der var det nødvendige udstyr i køkkenet. Det eneste minus er, at der er temmelig lydt, så man kan høre alt fra 1.salen. Da vi ankom, var der en del børnestøj oppefra, og udlejer talte pænt med familien. Der var ikke mere råben derefter, men børn skal jo have lov at løbe omkring osv., og vi kunne høre alt, også når der blev flyttet møbler. Men som nævnt en fin lejlighed...

"Wir waren für drei Nächte bei Martina und Holger. Dabei fühlten wir uns rund um gut versorgt und sehr wohl. Sie waren stets erreichbar und halfen bei allen Fragen und Problemen sofort aus. Unsere sechsjährige Tochter war am Ende traurig, dass wir fuhren, da sie sowohl draußen als auch drin viele tolle Spielmöglichkeiten hatte. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Nachteil sind die fehlenden Rollläden. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist durchdacht, der überdachte Balkon war bei unserem Wetter Gold wert. Wir hatten auch schon eine andere Wohnung in diesem Objekt. Die Villa Andrea hat eine sehr gute Lage, Geräuschdämmung ist top, man bekommt von den anderen nichts mit. Tiefgarage ist gut befahrbar, auch die Sauna ist sehr schön."

"Die Abwicklung der Reise erfolgte vollkommen problemlos. Der Check-in via Mönchguter Zimmervermittlung war sehr freundlich! Die Ferienwohnung war gut durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wünschenswert wäre allerdings eine bessere Lösung betreffs der Bedienung/Abstellfäche für den Toaster und die Kaffeemaschine. Gute Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit! Auch der Parkplatz war im Gegensatz zu den anderen Ferienwohnungen optimal. "

"Lovely area, peaceful and lots of walking opportunities. Easy to get to by local transport, bus or train. Walking into binz for restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach stretching for miles. Great sand and not busy. But for us in may the water temperature was cold. Hotel apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. Check in at 4pm, so pretty late however they keep your luggage for you. You have to pay three days tax for staying two nights, never had that before. And it's 10 euros to use the pool. Overall a good place."
