Great location near the old city and by the lake front. We had to move rooms as the sink plug was stuck down in the first room but this was done quickly by helpful receptionist. Pillows were very soft but room change meant we could take pillows with us to have extra ones which made it more comfortable. Air conditioning units cooled the room but were very noisy. We had a roof facing room which was quiet. Very nice dinner at the Chinese buffet under the hotel! Convenient underground parking short walk away.

Décevant malgré l’accueil

Personnel d’accueil très aimable et excellent emplacement. Pour le reste… très moyen : confort minimum (pas d’oreiller supplémentaire, juste savonnette et gel douche/shampooing), la réception ferme autour de 20h. Mieux vaut ne rien avoir à demander plus tard ! Nous n’avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner sur place mais ce que nous en avons aperçu n’était guère attirant. La façade l’hôtel donne le ton général. Notre déception est tempérée par l’accueil vraiment aimable de tous les membres du personnel que nous avons vus.

Super zentrales Weekendhotel

Das Hotel am Hafen ist super zentral. Wir hatten ein hübsches Eckzimmer zum Hafen. Das Badezimmer war etwas schmal, aber mir haben die Fliesen sehr gut gefallen. Es war schön ruhig in der Nacht (Wintersaison). Im Zimmer hat es eine Heizung und für den Sommer hätte es auch ein Klimagerät.

At the heart of the old town. The hotel would provide you with the city pass (free) with access to all museums and local transpositions (buses and trains) in the same surroundings. Do not miss to go to La Chaucer-de-Fonda for the international Time museum. A must see. Highly recommend the place.

Très bien sauf la vue que l'on paye sans l'avoir.

Bel établissement, très bien situé pour visiter la ville. La possibilité de payer 10 francs a l'hôtel et d'avoir une carte pour la journée de stationnement est top. Probablement valable dans les autres établissements. Seul bémol, nous avons pris et payé plus cher une chambre avec vue sur le port, en fait nous avions une vue arbres!! Petit déjeuner correct sans plus compte tenu du prix 19 francs " mais nous sommes en Suisse '

Vendredi 16 août 2024 arrivée super accueil et avec le prix vous avez un circuit bâteau location vélo et visites musée le jeune homme à l'accueil très très sympa. il faut mettre 10fr suisse par jour pour le parking le réceptionniste vous remettra une carte de stationnement merci

Hôtel propre, calme et très bien situé

Très satisfaite de mon séjour. L’hôtel est très bien situé, juste à côté du lac où l’on peut se poser pour profiter de la vue, voire se baigner, mais est aussi tout près du centre ville. Tout peut se faire à pieds, y compris l’arrivée depuis la gare (entre 10 et 15 minutes de marche). La chambre est propre, je n’ai pas fait appel au service de chambre étant donné la courte durée de mon séjour. L’hôtel est très calme et le personnel est agréable et disponible.
