Simple and convenient
Very friendly staff, clean and sufficient single room with a shared bathroom down the hall. I had not expected the small refrigerator nor the shower stall and sink in the room. Perfect. Breakfast was included in the price and was plenty to start the day. The location was convenient to the Rhine Falls, the train station and bus stops.

If you're traveling from USA I highly would not recommend this hotel we actually ended up not staying at. Our reservation was for one night however when we pulled up and my husband went in it was full of cigarette smoke with men smoking all over. We got our key went up to the room and the whole room, hall, everything smelt like cigarette smoke we all had instant headaches. It is in a good location, the room was clean there was no TV. Room was very, very small and very little amenities. We gave key back and left.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, reicht aber. Es ist auf jeden Fall sauber. Das Bad ist winzig, vielleicht 4 qm. Das Waschbecken ist im Zimmer. Das Bett hatte eine gute Matratze und -was ich ja liebe- Federbetten. Zum Frühstück gab es Croissants und super leckeres Brot. Aufschnitt, Marmelade und Honig reichlich. Auch frisches Obst wurde serviert. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nur das WLAN-Signal war etwas schwach im Zimmer. Hervorheben muss man noch, dass es Adapter für die Steckdosen auf Nachfrage gibt. Daran hatten wir auf unserer Reise nicht gedacht.

Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht. Zimmer in Ordnung. Frühstück mit allem, was man sich wünscht: Bäckerbrot, Croissants. Butter, Wurst, Käse, gekochte Eier, Marmelade, Honig, frisches Obst und Joghurt. Der Parkplatz kostenlos, und auch nach dem Ausschecken konnten wir noch stehenbleiben, solange wir wollten.

Pagamos 150 CFH al cambio unos 160€...el hotel no tiene ascensor, el baño es muy muy pequeño, la ducha no traga el agua y el agua no sale muy caliente. No hay calefacción, sólo un pequeño calefactor, por lo que es fría. La habitación no tiene hervidor de agua, ni ningún servicio de café o té. El desayuno normal. La atención del personal fue buena. En Madrid esto se considera un hostal de 30€ la noche, ahora en Zurich pagamos lo mismo por un hotel infinitamente mejor.

Toen we aan kwamen was er niemand na bellen en 15 min wachten kleine kamer 1 stopcontact douche was in de toilet moest je overheen stappen bij doorspoelen leek het wel of er een betonmolen aangekoppeld was Smorgens bij het 2 de ontbijt 45 minuten zichten wachten buiten had zich verslapen gewoon slecht voor zo’n hoge prijs

Netter Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Check-In, super Frühstück. Zimmer war neben der Toilette auf dem Flur, daher nachts teilweise störend wegen der Spülung. Zimmer war sauber und in gutem Zustand.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, schlecht gereinigt (in allen Ecken extrem schmutzig/schwarz) und nicht gelüftet (es roch komisch). Schimmel an den Fenstern!! Nur 1 Steckdose; wenn man den Kühlschrank oder die Nachttischlampe benutzen wollte, musste zuerst der TV etc. ausgesteckt werden. Bettlacken hatte Löcher und die 'Matratze' war sehr dünn, sodass das Gefühl entstand, man schlafe direkt auf dem Lattenrost. Nur 1!! WC auf dem Gang, welches von 8!! Zimmern benutzt wird (ist eine Herausforderung). Es war schmutzig, es roch übel (Duftspender leer), es hatte keine Papierhandtücher etc.!! Ich würde dieses Hotel so niemandem empfehlen!

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, kein Empfang vorhanden, Check in war ab 14:00 Uhr wir waren vor Ort vom 13:00 bis 16:00 Uhr keine gibt uns die Zimmerschlüssel. Kein Telefonisch erreichbar. Gebucht konnten noch mal in Hotel rein. Restaurant auch geschlossen.

The hotel was close to a waterfall. The room was very simple. There was a terrible smell of trumpet in the room (bedding). I had to keep the window open all night. One socket was broken. Only one channel was shown on the TV, even though I tried to tune in channels. the staff was friendly.

Hotel sans confort Absence d'air conditionné ou de ventilateur dans les chambres. Manque de prises electriques. Le patron est venu frapper a notre porte pour regler notre nuit alors que nous pensions l'avoir fait lors de notre réservation. Très bien situé, a 10min des chutes.
