The location is superb .The rooms are large enough and have a sitting area and two windows .The carpet bothered me as it was stained and old .The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly .

We arrived to find the the hotel is undergoing renovation. That included a new carpark being resurfaced leading to a rather dirty temporary reception area.
