"Eine absolut ruhige Wohnung und sichere Gegend. Außen mit Code und dann noch einen kleinen, begrünten, nachts beleuchteten Weg bis hinter zum eigentlichen Haus mit der Erdgeschoß-Wohnung. 7 Minuten bis zur Metro-Haltestelle, 7 Minuten bis zum wunderschönen Park, Bäckerei mit Patisserie an der Ecke, andere Bäckerei 5 Minuten weiter. In der Wohnung selber ist alles, was man braucht. Alt und besonders in der Küche manches ein wenig schmuddelig (Schranktüren), aber das ist tatsächlich der einzige...
