The hotel was near the airport and we had a very brief stay in the area. Staff were friendly in the dining room.
It was difficult when we arrived very late (11.30 pm) after delays with aircraft, to manage the check in. The hotel was excellently clean. It reminds me of a similar type of accommodation in UK - Premier Inn.

We had a lovely stay and would love to return sometime in the future. Our children loved the pool area, the food was great, and we had a great room. I only wish we were able to stay longer.

Staff was a little rude and didn't seem to welcoming. Location is in a slightly dodgey area of town. An area that is occupied by mostly non-europeans.

"Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Venediger Lodge is a brand new building, where the Gasthof Neuhof was located in the very centre of Neukirchen. Check in was very quick, and the staff were very helpful, we did try to use as much German as we could but their English was very very good. ..."

"Super sauberes Apartment. Wir waren zu 6 da und hatten mega viel Platz. Ein Highlight für die Kids waren die Pools 2 Etagen über uns. Fußläufig alles erreichbar. Top modern und alles bestens. Wir kommen definitiv wieder."
