Lots of younger men hanging around at night on the streets, don’t think I would book if I were a group of woman or single woman staying to be honest. Hotel was very good but bathroom was very compact. Room was cleaned daily which was great and it was not noisy considering there are two youth hostels nearby. Also, i had them ship a package for me. That took over a month to get done. No follow up. This is the same hotel that when Covid started and I wasn’t allowed top fly into Munich Germany they refused to reimburse me. Kept my money and never offered a credit of any kind. Finally. Try and reach them. Walking distance through a short cut by the river banks to the nearest tram station or a 10min downhill walk from Rosenheimer Station. I truly enjoyed my morning walks at Maximiliansanlagen park. Lots of eating and grocery store access nearby. The hotel room was clean, comfortable bed and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only comment I can share is the weird layout of the room. Guy at reception kept trying to charge me for breakfast even though I had already paid when I did the initial hotel booking. Shower curtain only covered 1/2 of the tub, water was spilling out every time I showered. Cheap soap and shampoo.
