"I recently stayed at B&B HOTEL Neuss while traveling from the U.S., and overall the experience was average. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast was actually quite good with a decent selection each morning. Those were definitely the highlights. That said, the hotel itself felt a bit janky and worn down, and the rooms did not feel particularly clean or well-kept. Compared to U.S. standards, I would describe it as more comparable to a Motel 6 type experience...

"I’m staying at the Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf for my second week and have really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is lovely, the breakfast is excellent, and the sauna and swimming pool are great. A special thank you to Airi at reception. She is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Her warm welcome and support have made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again."

"Easy to get to from Düsseldorf HBF takes five minutes if using the U75 or U77 underground train. Check-in was now self check-in rather than a person behind the desk, it was straight forward but time consuming. Our room (621) was fine, a couple of minor issues but maintenance fixed straight away. The bed was comfortable and we slept without issues. Amenities in the room were okay, but we didn’t like the smell of the soap and body wash (parsley and sage). Breakfast over five mornings was exactly the same (poultry sausage), this could have done with being different on a few days, other items for a European breakfast were plentiful. On this occasion we were always able to get a seat and everything worked well. Overall an enjoyable stay and we would stay again if in Düsseldorf. I would like to see IHG points awarded if booking through Expedia as in my case."

"We had a great stay at the Radisson media harbour. The hotel was beautiful and some of the staff members in particular made our stay. We were greeted by Sanja who was very helpful throughout our entire stay. My partner had a situation where he left his rucksack on the train and she helped us to get it back, we couldn’t be more grateful for that! Her customer service was great. Another great staff member was Edi at the bar - he gave us great recommendations for a kebab place and his drinks were great, he was also super friendly! The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we need, the heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. Loved this place and we’d like to be back!"

"Great location - tram right outside and 5 mins walk from main station and Little Tokyo. I'm sensitive to noise but rooms were very soundproof. Staff all very helpful. Only issue was the window was locked and had to get a member of staff to staff to open it, not ideal during a heatwave! Also kept getting an error message on the air con and it would make a noise like a bath filling up."
