"My fiancé and I came out here with our dog for a small getaway for her birthday. The property is gorgeous and well kept. There is another property attached to the rental, however we had the whole property to ourselves when we went. The studio provided just about everything we needed for our stay and we actually really enjoyed the outdoor shower! Toilet so low it looked like it belonged in a kindergarten . Should be updated and remodeled. Location lovely and close to town."

"Parking was in the street or behind the building- you can only park for 3 hours at a time. On our last day of our stay we had to have our car removed at 0830 because Nevada City was having an event- which meant we had to leave early. There was no communication from staff about this. The room was very expensive for no ice or coffee for the room and no parking convenience. "

"We had a wonderful time staying here, it was a peaceful, relaxing getaway surrounded by nature and a beautiful native plant garden. The location is great, just a short drive to the river and also to Grass Valley and Nevada City. The cabin itself was very comfortable and charming with many beautiful details, it had everything we needed. The hosts were also great at communicating. My kids said it was their favorite cabin we’ve rented, we will surely be back! "
