Enjoy a walk to town thru meandering meadows and feed the donkeys on the way. On two acres of parklike privacy, this newly remodeled and decorator-designed space has all furniture and amenities as well as a high-end quality mattress/bed and top-of-the-line carpet. The huge open balcony affords a beautiful view of the distant mountain and is a perfect place for dining and lounging in comfort on the new outside furniture. With the town being just 4 minutes away you can enjoy all the events and festivities as well as wonderful restaurants, bars, and shopping. Nevada City is loaded with outstanding musicians and local artists
