"First and foremost was the amazing view, I had Mount Nevis on one side and the ocean straight ahead. I enjoyed my private balcony and the spacious studio. I had breakfast daily near the pool and the staff was very attentive. I will be back."

Calypso Hotel Nevis

"The hotel is isolated from the happenings on the island. I was told that the hotel was fully booked but there were no other cars onsite besides my rental. There was no one available for common questions and the gate was closed by 5pm. This was a manual gate which is fine but the lightening was bad on the exterior of the property making it difficult to see when returning after dark. When it was time to check out there was no one available and I had to shout for a while until a painter came down and took the key. The gym and kitchen was closed so there was no access to warming up food or exercising which was stated in the reservation. I would recommend the property for cleanliness as it was exceptional; however it was notably creepy that there were no other occupants staying at the property unless they were all walking or utilizing local transportation."

"The hotel staff were friendly, informative and accommodating. The accommodation was clean and tidy, but we did have an issue with the window blinds, which did not close properly, some of the skirting boards were dusty, and the toilet brushes need to be replaced. The facilities and location were excellent. However, our meal at the Yatchmans Grill was disappointing."

"This was my third time staying at Sunshine Villa and it was perfect. Toni was super responsive and offered assistance with my questions. The home was clean, secure, had an easy check in process & she added more upgrades from my last stay, making the apartment feel even more comfortable and home like. She has personal touches such as a welcome card and bottled water available at check in to make the stay feel personal. I look forward to staying here again in the future. "
Beachfront Estate with Pool and Tropical Garden

"This was a wonderful experience for a family of 3, but the place provides accommodations for up to 12, including the 2 really cute guesthouses. Gorgeous property especially the gardens, and the outdoor space including the private pool and gazebo. Beach right in front is essentially private as well, we never saw anyone else there. Can beach/swim right there, also snorkel (suboptimal like elsewhere in Nevis). The house itself, while not luxurious in amenities, is very clean, functional and well laid out, it is actually better than what it looks like in the pictures provided. Very responsive host provided very helpful local info/recs. Gorgeous sunsets and night sky. If you value privacy, serenity and want to have your own piece of beach/ocean strongly consider this property. Great deal especially for a large (multigenerational) family "
