Room was clean comfortable and a bit spacious. Much better than thought upon reserving and some of the negative reviews. The AC could have worked a bit better but was not too warm.

Lots of space and room to eat and stay as a big family. Roy kept in touch with us texting during the trip and would bring us more supplies when we needed it.

Green House on the River, Walk to Gruene Hall!
Absolutely cute place. We rented for family attending our daughter's wedding. We appreciated the early check-in because of the timing of the wedding. It was conveniently located to the Chandelier of Gruene. I would highly recommend. It was conveniently located and check-in was very smooth.
