First the people working there were all so nice and kind and tried to help the best they could. The hotel was under construction or something. The first room toilet wasn't even working. She was so kind and took us to another room but that room the toilet was crooked and he door kept sticking.

It was a great motel for sleep and close by eatery. It was very clean and the staff was attentive and friendly! Would stay again on my next trip back to the New Braunfels area! Parking was easy and very lit for safety.

Customer service was Excellent. Came for the weekend w the family. Enjoyed the swimming pool even though the water was not warm or heated. It was windy outside but we still had a great time. But we were kinda close to alot of shopping centers amd restaurants.

Was a good hotel for price

My family stayed one night. My kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The room wasn't bad. The floors had some writing on it and the thermometer was not easy to use and it would of been more comfortable if they had a roll away bed available. But overall for the price it wasn't bad.

The pool area needs painting. The sink in our room is cracked and needs new caulk. Some of the lights did not work. The staff was very nice and friendly. It’s an older property but for the price it is overall pretty nice.

Nice clean, but basic hotel room.

It was a pleasant stay, but offered the only basic amenities, like towels and soap. The room was nice, but again, very basic. I'm not complaining at all, as I have stayed in MUCH worse hotels. If you plan on staying here, make sure to bring your shampoo and conditioner. Id gladly stay here again.

Meh, wouldn’t stay again

One night stay, but wouldn’t do it again. Check in was delayed due to internet issues, but was good once it was back up. Hotels 2nd floor smelled of weed. Several holes in the walls of our room. Laundry washer and dryer were out of service which would have been a perk for us. Room wasn’t stocked with near enough towels for 4 people. Beds were uncomfortable and the AC never cooled off enough. Cheap room and dog friendly, but definitely needed some maintenance and repairs.

The property was in a good location to all the food areas and shopping. Kind of difficult to find entrance. The cleaning crew needs to pay attention to the hallway carpets. The room was clean and ready when arrived. There were several exits but there were no working locks on them, so anyone could walk in. Other than that it was a good stay.

Parking lot was well lit. Both front and back. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel while showing age is clean. My experience with the elevator is that it goes up quite easily, but I always had to walk down because I couldn’t get the elevator to take me down.

New Braunfels is a nice area and the hotel is conveniently located. But all the doors around slam shut and wake you up easily. Bed was so horrible I ended up with back pain trying to find a spot to sleep that didn't hurt. Hopefully they're years of "construction" finally finish because nothing has changed. Still just average.

Although the hotel seems a bit dirty under construction the staff was really friendly. My biggest issue was after taking a shower water was building up on the outside of the room so around the beds I had water all over. Came down to tell staff but no one was around this was roughly at 1:00 am. In the morning I mentioned it nothing was said to me other then sorry would have been nice if I was offered something for dealing with that issue.

Good value for the money, rough shape.

I can't say I had the best experience. I made a booking through the app while a couple of miles away. It took over an hour to show up in their system and for me to get into my room. I ended up eating my dinner in the lobby. The room itself was a good size, it had the standard amenities.There were scratches and burn marks on counters, and a small hole kicked in the bathroom door. I saw a small roach on the mini-fridge. The bed was uncomfortable for someone with my body shape. I didn't sleep well. I was looking for a cheap place to spend the night on my way to Mexico from the Dallas area. If I brought my swimsuit, I would have enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.
