The location is not only close to downtown Dover shops and restaurants but also a short trip to the Maine Seacoast. "I had to wait outside in the dark for almost an hour to gain entry. Just to get into the unit I cut myself many times on doors and new construction. There were men that claimed to be working on the building that were cursing at me. I didn’t feel safe."

"This is a very cute place to stay whether in the summer or in the winter. We got lucky and the ice runway opened up on the weekend we were there, and it was very entertaining to watch all of the planes."
