The hotel itself is clean, beautiful as soon as you walk in, and has a good location. The staff is very kind, respectful and helpful. The only thing I didnt like was the hotels policy of $17 for parking when you already paid for the hotel stay itself, I didnt know about that.

Nice room layout, clean. Nice amenities - indoor pool and workout room. Breakfast was definitely not worth 18$ charge though admittedly we showed up at the last half hour of breakfast. Hotel Indigo Frisco by IHG
All the people were nice and the rooms were clean. The rooms all had huge chips in the doors. It didn’t look professional. There was also a huge water and mold problem in the gym which we wanted to use every day. It definitely didn’t make me feel comfortable.
