We stayed here while attending a basketball tournament nearby. We had a non-emergency issue, reached out to the manager and they were able to respond the next day.
Beautiful location!
What a beautiful spot. We were there for a wedding weekend - but enjoyed the food and fun of nearby Pittsfield and New Lebanon - what a welcoming place The space is nice for a group to gather and spread out to find a cozy spot for peace and quiet.
We had a very nice time. You have a lovely home that is very unique and provided us lots of space. We enjoyed having coffe on the porches and looking out onto the beautiful property.. It was close to the winery where my niece got married and to Pittsfield where the rest of the wedding party was located.
Enjoyed the fullness of the house and the property and the winter majesty of a snow fall for Christmas 2024.

Convenient to the Ruins at Sassafras but Property Need Attention
This is a very quiet, peaceful property a mile away from the Ruins at Sassafras where our son's wedding was taking place. We wanted a rental close by that was somewhat accessible since our daughter is in a wheelchair. The property is very spacious and served our purposes for the weekend. With that said, renters should know about several issues that need attention.-Plants were growing from the gutters over the porch-Contact advised us not to drink the water so we had to go out to get bottled water (owner should provide bottled water as a courtesy)-Windows in old section of rental were not operable and were filthy-Several bathroom faucets sprayed water when operated-Coffee maker didn't work -Large stain on great room ceiling from leaking washer above-Doors in bathrooms in old section can stick so must be left ajar while showeringProperty was clean upon arrival and towels and sheets were acceptable.Updated toilets were appreciatedBathrooms need updating but were functional (with exception of spraying faucets)With some updating and deep cleaning, this could be a property recommended by the Ruins at Sassafras
