"The hotel is very nice and updated. The hotel room smelled wonderful. Parking was kinda a pain. The parking garage was being used. Maybe they are redoing it. So you had to park in a parking lot around the corner which was a pain. But I would definitely stay here again "

"Staff was super friendly and professional. They were extremely helpful with explaining parking situation. The breakfast was an actual breakfast with fresh fruit, real fried eggs, sausage, french toast sticks, bread / bagel toasting station and cereal! Flavored water in the lobby with a restaurant and bar open late. There is also a great bar / resurant 100ft away from the hotel. Room was huge and extremely clean. Right in the heart of Albany on the river! "

"This is the quintessential new england inn. Comfortable, well appointed, clean, and inviting. The proximity to Williams could not be better. We will stay here the next time we are at MassMOCA for an event. The restaurant serves excellent food and has the equivalent friendly service."

"The staff was amazing, so kind and accommodating. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. Nice breakfast options. We were in town for a concert at Mahaiwe and we didn’t use our car once we checked in… a great home base for the weekend. Will definitely be back. "
