"Location was great, as was the price for the height of the summer season. Other guests were frightening. Room was beautiful, even though it was a little dated. Bed and shower were excellent! The guy that checked me in was surly and curt. I did not do the complementary breakfast, because I had no desire to eat with the other guests that were straight up scary looking!!"

"I was pleasantly surprised how spacious the room was. The staff was extremely helpful. The Bagel Breakfast Bar was just what we needed in the morning. The breakfast staff made sure if there was anything needed, they were on top of it!"

"Love this place! I will return! This is the best location in New London!! You can walk to everything. There is easy parking, and convenient access to all attractions in the area including the Coast Guard Academy. Very easy to get to. Close to a beautiful church. The bar and restaurant down stairs is friendly and very good food! Great place if you are traveling alone. The day manager could improve his costumer assistance. When I complained about predictable noise the staff did not warn me of, he was not kind. They did offer to change rooms. When all the signs said they would give me a refund. All the desk staff were wonderful. The pool was like a sauna, very warm and steamy."

"Room was clean, ac worked great! Small room but just right for a quick stay! Staff was friendly and check in and out was super easy! We were going to a show at the casino so this was a great option to stay instead of paying more than dbl at the casino!! They provided a shuttle to the casino every 20 mins which was unexpected and perfect for us! Would definitely stay again."

"Absolute gem really cool giant picnic table in the middle of the room, which is great for kids are just getting work done. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The view is gorgeous. If you stay on the backside of the hotel cannot recommend this place enough. What a surprise incredible bargain."
