"The building is beautiful, the staff were all friendly especially Randy at the front lobby. We loved the roof top pool and the Spa. Very convenient and close to attractions. We came to celebrate our anniversary and honestly have no complaints. The restaurants on site are all good! I would definitely stay here again. "
"We had a wonderful one night stay at this fantastic property. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the poolside food and drinks were fantastic. Room service was also great. "
"Staff went above and beyond. I had a dress on and was admiring the festher chandelier when a staff member asked if i wanted to see the ballroom. She walked me up with my father and unlocked the door to show me the room. It was beautiful and she didnt have to do that but it made for a wonderful memory of my first time in NOLA "
"The hotel it self is great no complaints..but outside a lot of homeless they bombard you right outside and the corner all the way down the street..I have no problem with homeless but when your wife feels unsafe to walk especially in new Orleans when walking from hotel..
