I did not like that you could see a sillolet in the shower while you were in the room. The breakfast just what we needed to start our day. I would recommend this hotel. Very clean and staff was exceptional

The air conditioner seemed to be on a timer app it’s important to set before you turn in for the night. Breakfast was decent but the coffee was quite weak. There’s a coffee shop PJ’s right across the street if you like a stronger brew. They open at 7am. Rooms are good But on the smaller side. Wasn’t an issue considering we were only in there to sleep and shower. Ask for a corner room if you want/need more space! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would rebook ONE11 on another stay.

The hotel is very nice and well positioned (close to any tour start point we had arranged). Rooms comfortable and clean. The front desk staff has been outstanding with any query but particularly in helping me with a package delivery i had arranged while i was there. The breakfast , altough continental, was a bit scarce and the breakfast attendant seemed quite stressed and annoyed at questions/requests. Overall I would surely recommend the hotel.
