CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM and check-out is any time before 11:00 AM. Early check-in (2pm) or late check-out (1pm) are available for a $100 fee each. You will be sent a link to be able to purchase one or both of these options as soon as your booking is complete.

Additionally, you will find plush towels and washcloths, as well as a hair dryer, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

PROPERTY & HOUSE RULES:
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the condo. Please step outside if you need to smoke.
- No Large Gatherings: Ensure that the number of people in the condo does not exceed the approved occupants. Large gatherings are not allowed.
- No Rearranging Furniture: Please do no rearrange the furniture. It is arranged for the convenience and comfort of all guests.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the house. Please make arrangements for your pets before your stay.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum to respect the neighbors and other occupants.
- We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
- Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.



PARKING INFORMATION:

While parking is not included, there is a secure parking lot located just one block from the property. If you need parking recommendations, do not hesitate to ask.
