Experience historic charm in this spacious four-bedroom apartment located in Uptown, New Orleans. Featuring tall ceilings, century-old hardwood floors, and ample natural light, the apartment offers a cozy retreat. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, King Beds & tv's in every bedroom, and free street parking. Just 5 blocks from the St. Charles Parade Route, guests can easily access the streetcar or reach the French Quarter via Uber in just 8 mins! Recently updated Historic Triplex home! 1 of 3 unit

This home is one of three units in a historic triplex that takes up half of the building. Please reach out for availability to rent the other two apartments.

Home sleeps up to 10 guests, please reach out for additional guest as there is a additional charge after 4 guests and to make sure that we provide the correct amount of linens and amenities for your guests.

Next to the post office on a busy street, but parking tends to be very easy. Parking is free along the street

Indoor smoking is not permitted and a $500 penalty will be the result of indoor smoking. Outdoor smoking is permitted, but please keep all doors closed while smoking outdoors to avoid penalty.

There are two washer and dryers and fast wifi. Wifi is google nest wifi and all wifi points must remain plugged in at all time as they provide internet to the the other units.

Keyless entry with a smart lock and smart thermostat.

Due to city regulations, we use Minut Home Monitoring System that require us to monitor sound for parties and gatherings. During quiet hours of 10pm - 7 am the home monitoring system is set to 75 decibles. Violations of the house rules will result in you being asked to leave with out refund if problems persist for more than 30 minutes.

This is one unit in a Historic New Orleans 3 plex. Located in Uptown New Orleans.

Please do not use white towels to wash make up, blood or stains or face wash. Please remove make up before going to bed to avoid stains. If linens are stained and housekeeping charges us to replace linens, you will be charged for the incidental.

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and weā€™ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Beautiful stay for my Bachelorette

It was a beautiful stay, the bedrooms were huge and the6 were so comfortable and clean! The entire house was spotless, organized and very easy to find things within the house. I enjoyed this stay a-lot and really hope to stay here for our girls trips to NOLA! Thank you again for the top tier communication and safety, especially in this day and time it is greatly appreciated that my girls and I felt comfortable!

Really enjoyed our stay

We stayed at the property as we were going to see Hamilton. Home was clean, and convenient to a lot of things we were going to see in the city. Walmart was also a quick trip around the corner if you forget anything! Host was kind and responsive. Iā€™d definitely stay again!

Great space for a large group

We stayed 4 nights. Our host was excellent, attentive with great communication. House was spacios and clean. Spacious bedrooms, fully functional kitchen if needed. Had no problem finding parking on the street. We had 7 people staying, we booked for 8.

Everything was clean and neat. There was plenty of space. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. This was an all adult trip to NO for the Saints game. Premium location in regards to getting to the Super Dome. Short uber ride there and back. I was weary of the neighborhood once getting there but it was pretty quiet. We did have guest at the adjacent property knocking on one of the side doors at 2am mistakenly but all good other than that.

Nice Place in NOLA

Two of us stayed for 5 nights. The place was just as advertised. It worked great for us. The owner was very responsive at all times. Street parking was abundant and easy.

Our group of old guys were in NOLA for a car race event. This accommodation was more than adequate to the task and as advertised. Several of our group were not excited about the location as the area is a little seedy, while others thought that concern was over blown. The only tangible complaint was missing TV remotes and/or inadequate instructions on how to access/use the TVs.

In person verses advertised is deceptive including parking down the street. The house is on located 10 steps from a busy street. It seems to have been a boarding house with each room having a door leading outside with courteous pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Each room has an extra door leading outside. After 4th person, a 25 pp per night fee added.
