This beautiful 1 bedroom 1940's house, centrally located in the Treme-Laffitte neighborhood, just renovated in 2022 with historic and modern touches & features all-new everything and excellent WI-FI service.

Located 1 block from the Streetcar line and 3 blocks of the French Quarter, walking distance to Bourbon & Frenchmen street and just steps from many great bars, coffee shop, numerous restaurants, jazz lounges and all the history and music New Orleans has to offer.

Nice place

We really enjoyed the natural light in this space. There is a full kitchen with pots and pans, tea boiler, a keurig, and a beautiful bathroom and backyard. It was perfect for our needs. Thank you for hosting us!

Charming with modern amenities

We loved this quaint home. It is an historic house with all of the modern comforts. It was clean and comfortable. I liked that it was one block from the street car line.

The house is great for a couple. Cozy, clean & very nicely decorated. The tiny backyard is enclosed for privacy which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and the residents we did meet were very friendly. Everything is within walking distance.
