Wonderful stay in NOLA! This place was everything we needed and more…perfectly clean and well-stocked. Location is close to everything but also quiet at night. The host was very proactive and responsive in their communication. Definitely will return!
“The Julia” was perfectly situated for our stay! The amenities are as advertised and the property team was attentive to our needs. We had a fabulous experience!
This is such a perfect location for us. and so comfortable. The extra added touches (coffee service, water and Gatorade, adequate number and quality towels and bath accessories) make this one of our favorite places to stay. And the attention provided by management is superior.
Even the neighbors in the building are wonderful!
Thank you for a perfect weekend stay. (well except for the Saints loss!)
We had a great long weekend stay! The location is great and the condo is very comfortable for two couples. It has everything you need for a great stay. It was clean and well furnished with all the little essentials for a few days. You can walk or take the trolley to most places. It is quiet most of the time, but out of the fray of Canal St and the French Quarter. You can walk there easily, however. There wasn't anything we needed other than the groceries we wanted for our weekend.Barbara with VacayNola was wonderful to work with and very helpful. Easy taxi ride from the airport- fixed rate of 36 for two people.
After several vacation rentals, I tend to be a bit skeptical of how true the listings are. However, I was pleasantly surprised on this wonderful condo in New Orleans!! The condo itself was absolutely charming - loved the balcony!! - and it was so convenient! We (3 60-something adults and a 10 year old!) were easily able to walk down to the French Quarter, and it was so nice to have the street car stop less than a block away when we wanted to go all the way up St. Charles (to the very last stop) for breakfast. I was also a bit skeptical about dealing with a company-managed property, but they were super-responsive, and very helpful with tips on parking, eating, etc. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!
We loved our stay in the Arts/Warehouse District. This great condo was perfectly located to walk to the French Quarter or grab the St Charles Trolley to the Garden District and beyond. With high ceilings, new appliances and a balcony that is perfectly shaded in the afternoon, what more could we want for in accommodations. The little neighborhood bar downstairs, The Little Easy, was like a second living room where we would inevitably end our evenings, whether catching Trivia Night or just a nightcap before tucking in. The Grocery store was easily reached by foot for stocking the fridge. And the property manager was incredibly easy to reach, accommodating and eager to help. This is definitely our new place to stay when we come to New Orleans.
Absolutely perfect stay, location, and host. Everything was as described and communication with the host was easy. Will stay at this location again when in Nola.
Roomy place with all the amenities. Great A/C and fans in each room. Secure and Easy to access. Nice safe walkable neighborhood that quiets down at night with some great restaurants and attractions nearby
This condo is a great place to stay. It is clean, the beds where comfortable and has a modern decor. I loved sitting on the balcony and relaxing. We had a problem with our door and the staff helped us right then. I would stay there again.
This was a fantastic condo in a great location. Everything is walkable or easily accessed via the streetcar stop right outside your door. Property manager was easy to reach and great to work with! Would definitely stay here again!
