2100 sq feet on the top floor of center hall house in historic Faubourg Treme. One block off Esplanade Avenue, walking distance to Marigny and French Quarter. Central! Two bed, two bath with projector. Fold out bed in office. Washer/dryer. Restored original heart pine floors. Completely private. Outdoor shared garden area. Pets accepted case by case, pls request pre booking. We rent a separate 1-bed/1 bath on same property. Enquire if interested!
