Pleasant hotel, great location, friendly staff.

Pleasant stay. We were very impressed with James at reception who checked us in at 130am. We were told that a cold evening meal have left for us in the dinning room along with tea and coffee if required, which was unexpected and very nice. We were half board. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. Being half board we could choose daily to have lunch or evening meal. We were a little disappointed that tea and coffee was only available at breakfast and not a lunch or dinner. This was compounded by not having tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. I think the hotel should at least have one or other. Otherwise a very nice stay, friendly and helpful staff.

Great location within walking distance of the beach and the main strip, but far enough to not be disturbed by noise. We went to totally chill for a week and mostly stayed on resort apart from a trip to Palma on the local bus which stops just round the corner. Room 419 had a great view of the pool and had a decent bathroom and balcony. As others have mentioned, the bed was hard but I found it very comfortable and never woke with a sore back as with other softer beds. Air conditioning never let us down- very important as it was baking hot. The food was very good - always a great selection at every meal time and staff were constantly clearing tables and topping up the buffet. Evening entertainment was basic but still enjoyable - mostly the team of 4 doing dance routines to backing tracks. There was a magician one night and balance/acrobatics another. Other reviews had mentioned no atmosphere round the pool, but the DJ played music every day and the girls arranged pool aqua fit, water polo and rifle shooting activities. The pool bar staff were great and we must single out Raquel who was just amazing. She worked long days and always had a smile on her face and was so friendly and funny, and often helped out in the restaurant too. We had forgotten that early July would be when lots of teenagers would have finished A level type exams, so there were loads of groups of 17+ youngsters alongside quite a few families. Occasionally they were quite loud, but no bother really.

Honest Review – Great Location and Food, but Serio

I stayed at this hotel in Mallorca with a friend, and while there were certainly some positives, a few negative aspects left us very disappointed. The good: The hotel has a great location — close to everything you need, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The food was genuinely good, with a wide variety of options, and the dishes were well-prepared. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and in general, the hotel was clean and fresh. The not-so-good: There were no pool towels provided, which was inconvenient. Our room had a faint smell of urine, possibly due to the detergent used — a change in laundry products might help. Unfortunately, some of the girls working at the pool bar were quite rude, which impacted the overall experience. One particularly unpleasant moment was during breakfast — service was officially available until 10:30, but at 10:31, the lights were turned off abruptly, leaving guests to eat in the dark. It gave a strong feeling of being unwelcome or in the way. The unacceptable: The entertainment included the use of live animals, which we found extremely disturbing. This is not only unnecessary but deeply unethical. Animal cruelty has no place in tourism or hospitality, and for this reason alone, we would never choose to stay at this hotel again. We hope the management takes these concerns seriously, especially regarding the treatment of animals. With some changes, this could be a great hotel — but until then, we cannot recommend it.

Dirty room and no AC, Full of empty promises

Not recommended, room had a lot of dust and dirt that looked like it came from recent renovations had not been cleaned. Room door was sticking, AC did not blow cold, shower only had cold water half of the time, hallways smelled awful, dinner was terrible (see picture) , all outside noises sounded like the balcony door was open, little to no sound proofing. Beds were really hard and had really thin blankets with a few yellow stains in them. Bed did have a thicker wool blanket which looked like it was left in the mud for 3 years and then washed. It was awful. On the positive side, room was cozy after getting used to it, but definetely not even a 3 star hotel. Also breakfast was suprisingly good with fresh fruits. In summary, lacked cleanliness and wasnt up to par. 2/5 experience. Would not recommend.

Siamo appena tornati in Italia dalla nostra bellissima vacanza a Maiorca. Hotel è curato, bello ,i servizi sono buoni . Prima di partire ho letto recensioni e alcuni erano negativi ,ero un pò preoccupata ,ma quando sono arrivata in struttura acolienza era perfetta, camera al primo piano vista piscina era bella e curata , il ristorante era a buffè e non si usciva mai col stomaco vuoto , cucina buona e per varie gusti. tutto personale in struttura gentile e cortese.grazie a tutti ❤️ci ritornerei.

Les chambres sont propres, le ménage fait tous les jours (dommage que les femmes de ménage vous le demandent très tôt). Les lits grincent très forts malgré leur confort. Sinon le séjour a été perfait au delà de nos attentes.

Slitet rum, behövs en uppfräschning. Första rummet vi fick luktade mögel. Då fick vi byta. Balkong på första våningen med ett plåttak utanför. Riktigt trist. Ofräsch och slitet i korridoren. De andra våningarna verkade ha fått en uppfräschning förutom våning 1 som vi bodde på. Bra frukost och ändå trevlig personal. Bra läge till restauranger och strand.
