Cozy classic uptown "shotgun" apartment in an original duplex. The apartment is ideally situated near Magazine Street (4 minute walk) and the many bars, restaurants and shops that it has to offer, and Tchoupitoulas (2 minute walk) and it's breweries and bars. Walk to Port Orleans Brewery, NOLA Distillery, Barracuda Tacos, Tipitina's, Mojo Coffee and much more!
Cozy space in a great neighborhood with full kitchen, A/C, wifi, smart TV, and private outdoor patio space.
Cozy eclectic duplex with private patio space. This is a completely private apartment but there are neighbors on the other side of the duplex.
Full kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, and many kitchen utensils. Ductless air conditioner/heating systems. In-unit washer and dryer. Wifi and Smart TV available for your enjoyment.
Bed linens and towels provided as well as a starter supply of soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Guest will be responsible for purchasing any additional consumables for the duration of their long term stay.
