Festive New Orleans Home! Close to French Quarter with Off-Street Parking

Welcome to our vibrant 4-bedroom, 2-bath home nestled in the heart of New Orleans, Louisiana! Immerse yourself in the festive spirit of the Big Easy while enjoying the convenience of being centrally located to dining and entertainment hotspots.

Enjoy easy access to Caesar's Superdome which is only 1.4 miles away and the French Quarter which is only a 9 minute drive down the street. Living is easy being only 6 blocks from the street car line on Canal Street.

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

The property is a raised home which means that you will have to walk up a few steps to enter the front door. Each bedroom is independent from one another so privacy will not be an issue.

Comfortable and convenient

This is a cute and comfortable house very nicely updated. We mostly used Uber and Lyft to get around but took the Canal Street street car a couple of times. The neighborhood looks a little scruffy but the house is very nice and we walked to a few neighborhood restaurants - a Honduran restaurant and Melba's, which seems like a New Orleans classic. Host was super responsive.I would stay here again for sure

Nola weekend getaway

New Orlands stay

The rental itself is just as described and photos are exact. Very clean. Very cute both inside and out. The surrounding area not so much but of course owner has no control over that. We did not have any issues with any neighbors or anyone around. Overall the stay was great.

Wish we could have stayed longer

This was a lovely house, so spacious! 3 adults and a baby. We had the master room, we put a packNplay for the baby in the third room and mother in law second room. The master was large enough that the packnplay would have fit in there with still plenty of room. We booked this place for a one night stay while we are traveling, and the home was plenty clean and hand all the extras one would need.

Cozy stay

This home was the perfect stay for us. We traveled with 4 adults and 3 kids and it accommodated us perfectly. The home looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The communication between the owner was always very quick and they were very accommodating to our request of being able to check in a little early. The only inaccuracy is that it’s actually a 3 bedroom with the 4th “bedroom” being the living room with a sofa bed which worked for us since we had the kids sleep there. We would definitely stay again when in the area. The kids also enjoyed it and being able to play in the private backyard was a plus!

Wonderful house very clean!!! Location was great looked a little sketchy but after we got there, we felt safe. there is security cameras. Host was easy to reach and responded very quick check in was easy and check out was wonderful you didn't have to do anything but make sure door was locked. Will defiantly stay here again if I come back to this area .Kitchen is well stocked so if you are staying a few days you will have everything you will need. Just a note there is only three bedrooms but the couch will make into a bed. Plenty of towels they are stored in the bedroom closets.

Spic and Span Clean

This property was very clean. The interior of it was well kept the paint job is very cute as well the landscape although we didn’t spend much time in the backyard or front yard, could use a tiny bit of sprucing up if somebody was there longer and might wanna go outside and enjoy. The neighborhood wasn’t the worst neighborhood, but it was not well lit. You can see many of these properties in the area may have been flipped. We didn’t have any problems with it nor did we feel frightened but if you’re looking for a fancy neighborhood, you’re not gonna get it here . Also, we didn’t know but we didn’t look it up either. There’s a jail or prison one or two streets over behind the house. However, I grew up with a prison nearby and I knew they wouldn’t stick around if they broke out so I wasn’t too concerned once I realized . It is a good distance from most attractions that you would want to see there and some restaurants. The home was very clean and decorated nicely. All of the adults that stayed in the bedrooms are looking into buying the mattresses that were there because they are wonderful. However, it is not a four bedroom house I may not have over looked that. It is a three bedroom and a couch bed, it was a nice couch. It just wasn’t what we were expecting until I read a review that said it and I already purchased it. Not a big deal. Has all we needed except coffee filters. Genesis kept us up to date but did not respond to a question I had but we all get busy.

This house was very cute and clean inside. We appreciated the host having coffee, creamer, and sugar set out on the counter, and we were really grateful for the Brita water filter pitcher also. It's located very close to the French Quarter and some other places we wanted to check out. Highly recommend
