Host was very accommodating very kind. House was BEAUTIFUL with some minor fixes necessary in the upstairs bathroom. Beds were so comfortable no complaints. Outdoor areas of the house were fabulous for gathering. House is a little far from downtown area (maybe 20 minute drive or so) but the neighborhood was wonderful and we felt very comfortable and safe. We made lots or memories in this home and not one complaint except we needed more bathrooms! :-) We would go back here without question. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY.

The house is gorgeous and came fully equipped. Jami was super responsive to any question or need. Good location, short Uber ride to all the sites. Neighborhood seemed safe though we didn’t do much walking. Recommend using ride share from home after dark.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

My family of 11 adults were very comfortable and we all had plenty of space. We took advantage of the outdoor patio, it was perfect for our Saturday brunch. This house is conveniently located 1 mile from Walmart, which i ordered our grocery delivery the day before we arrived and had our groceries delivered same day as we arrived. There is also a fabulous restaurant within walking distance, we had the best PoBoy's ever. Great neighborhood, very safe and quiet at night. The host Jami is extremely professional and great to work with. This will be my families go to home whenever in New Orleans! Great stay

Family Vaykay!

10 of us stayed here very comfortably! Nice to have bed rooms for all the adult children and their spouses. Plenty of room. It’s an older home and makes some noises but that’s all part of the charm. Grateful for the 2 showers on the 2nd floor. Couldn’t make the main shower work but we managed. Lots of room to eat, gather and enjoy each others company without feeling cramped. Thank you for helping us make great memories!

Perfect Home

We rented this beautiful "Alligator House" for a 50th birthday celebration. We were five couples from all over. The house has amazing character. It was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable to us all. It was the perfect distance from everything. We literally felt like we were going home at night after spending the days out in the French Quarter. There is a nice backyard, with few outdoor games and indoor games as well. There were a few little quirky things, but they added to the character of the home. All in all, the house is a must rent! Jami was super responsive any time I messaged her. I appreciated that greatly. I only wish it was a family home to someone in my family lol, because I would go there every year. Thank you Jami for your lovely place!
