Historic New Orleans Shotgun Home 5 Minutes to French Quarter - Spacious! 2916

  • Living is easy in this Historic New Orleans Shotgun Cottage located only 6 blocks off of Canal st and the trolley line. Enjoy a 5 minute drive to the French Quarter and Downtown, to Harrah's Casino, 8 mins to the Convention Center, and walking distance to the Superdome. Great for Mardi Gras, Jazz Festival, Voodoo festival or just to explore New Orleans. Niko's Historic New Orleans has recently been updated with tall ceilings, and super soft beds, and charming décor! Laissez bon temps rouler!

    ** Note **
    There is street work going on by the city so parking will be difficult because we only provide stret parking. Estimated time for the work to be completed is 45 days.

    We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.
