My experience was excellent! the guy Donnie that worked there PLEASE give him a raise !! He was so helpful, he took the time to tell us where to eat and where to go and have fun. He gave a us some history on New Orleans and he was very informative. Out of 5 stars I would give give a 10! I can't wait to come back. The whole staff was professional and courteous!

Nice spacious room that had everything needed to cook a meal. Very friendly front desk that welcomed me almost every time I walked in. Lady who handled the valet was also very friendly and even granted some of the guests beads to take around New Orleans. would love to stay again!

This hotel appears to have been recently renovated into suites that are spacious, clean and well equipped. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the room and all it had to offer (well-equipped kitchen). It is in an ideal location, easily walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops and attractions. There is a "resort fee" that they tack on per night, that wasn't super clear upon booking. This hotel doesn't strike me as a "resort" but due to the name and suites it would seem that is where it comes in. There was onsite shared laundry, a suitable workout area and a dipping pool - not really large enough for a good swim. The staff were for the most part very good. I couldn't seem to get anyone to bring more coffee to the room, and for a 5 night stay, one regular and one decaf didn't quite cut it, but that is the only very minor complaint. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was amazing and so spacious! The staff was very friendly, especially Sue at the valet desk, she went out of her way to make us feel welcome! Fair warning though, the street noise is pretty loud at night, even on the 10th floor. Overall, it was a great stay!
