The room was clean and the staff was very helpful!! The carpet in the hallway was torn up and darkly stained from possible heavy traffic. The lobby and breakfast area was clean. The coffee machine was out of service during my stay but there was at least regular coffee available.

Shabby rooms, oddly shaped and awkward. However, the furnishing are new, the beds comfortable and pillows just like all Holiday Inn Expresses (soft & firm). Nice. Breakfast was basic. Dried out sausage, biscuits and gravy were the main bits. No bacon, no eggs.

The room id give it a 3 out of 5. The shower could have been much cleaner. The lobby and hallways needed to be a little cleaner. But overall the room was ok. The breakfast was nice. Nice location from the French Quarter. Yes I'd stay here again. It also was budget friendly.
