The wedding weekend

This house is really a beautiful place. It’s a very comfortable, clean place for enjoying New Orleans. It’s about 5 mins from the quarter taking a Uber. A little noisy because it’s on a busy street but the noise was not a problem for us being urban folks. We appreciate the urban vibe. 1 thing to consider though is the folks that live in the neighborhood not all but a few may have a little drug problem. Just pay attention.

This property is wonderful!!

I stayed here for my bachelorette party with 5 others and we all loved it! It is very comfortable and clean. We had plenty of space for us all to have our own bed. This place made our trip even better! The owner is very kind, helpful, and responsive! Great place!

Easy Stay in The Big Easy!

My friends and I greatly enjoyed our weekend at this property! I was initially worried about staying in the Mid-City area, but with the property being just a short walk to the streetcar, downtown New Orleans was perfectly accessible! The property was well maintained, cozy, and with updated locks/alarms - we were very comfortable and at ease for our stay. Not to mention, the property manager was easy to reach and super responsive. Couldn’t recommend this property enough!!

Mid-city stay for Jazzfest

The apartment served us very well. Be aware that traffic noise can be significant in the front bedroom. The sad reality of drug addition and people who are unhoused was evident daily on the street outside. We felt the need to be careful but no one was ever threatening. Appreciated the amenities and getting to know mid-city.

30th Celebration

Part of the reason my birthday trip was so memorable was the home that we rented! The space was just enough for our 5-person group. Though we encountered a disruption at our first/original home, we were quickly supported with finding a solution - moving to another house. This 3 bedroom room 2. 5 baths were just what we needed. Enough space, parking, and located near easy tp use public transportation! Nancy was very responsive and helpful. She gave suggestions on restaurants and checked in throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place

We had a lovely time at this rental. Everything was as stated in the description. I will say, if you or someone in your group, has issues with stairs this is not for you...as the stairs up to the house are quite steep. No one in our group had a problem with them though. The house was clean, provisions were above and beyond. The streetcar is 7 blocks and we enjoyed the walk over. We felt very safe and the street parking was right out front! We would definitely stay here again! Thank-you so much!
