- This half of a double is located in an Uptown neighborhood with many nearby restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, in close proximity to Tulane and Loyola Universities, parade route, Audubon Park, Children's Hospital, Whole Foods, Walgreens, PJ's Coffee, Starbucks, etc. The place is spacious with 2 king beds each in its own separate suite, each having its own den and bathroom, separated by a central, large fully furnished kitchen with seating area. There is free WiFi and 4 TVs, a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, and a large backyard and parking in front. Perfect place for families, couples, wedding guests or friends wanting to enjoy all New Orleans has to offer, including the French Quarter, Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest, and just having fun.
