Les Carillons is a gorgeous four story, 5000 sq. ft. home located in the Historic Arts Section of the Warehouse District, adjacent to the Central Business District and only seven enjoyable blocks to the French Quarter. Check us out at Arts District Gem.

This home features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms and a beautiful balcony and a front patio that are perfect for relaxing during your stay. Additionally, this home has an elevator that will allow those who have difficulty with stairs to easily move between floors. With Greek Revival architecture and a touch of Italian influence, this circa 1845 house is a traditional New Orleans style home that stands out amongst the modern architecture of the Downtown surroundings. It’s truly a gem, with wonderful decorative touches throughout and plenty of space to stretch out. Beautiful shiny hardwood floors, tall ceilings and windows, and layer upon layer of crown molding create an ambiance you have to see to believe. Best of all, the renovations to the house are new. It’s a perfect rental for large families and groups. Equipped with wireless internet, a washer/dryer, and a beautiful balcony in addition to the first floor patio, this house provides you with everything you need to live luxuriously during your stay. You will be given your own private key code for entry to the house upon arrival, and we guarantee you will feel like New Orleans Royalty as soon as you walk through the front door. One off- street parking space is provided for your mid-or-compact sized vehicle; additional parking is available for $20 - 30 per day next to property.

This house is located only a few short walking blocks to the French Quarter, Canal St., Bourbon St, the Convention Center and the Mississippi River as well as many of the best restaurants, art galleries and other famous New Orleans attractions. It’s minutes from the famous Superdome, home of the New Orleans Saints as well as the Sugar Bowl. Conveniently located one block from the Mardi Gras parade route and for Jazz Fest as well. Great house for a big crew for a weekend getaway. Location was just far enough away from the craziness or bourbon at but close enough to walk in minutes. Can’t say enough about Lee Anne she was great from start to finish!

The place was fantastic for our group of 12. Comfortable beds, good AC, lots of bathrooms and good hangout spots (pool/living room). Lee Ann is an excellent host and was both flexible and attentive. I would recommend this place to anybody and would absolutely stay here again.

Great bachelorette house

Great spot that was roomy and had enough rooms for a large party - walking distance to major attractions and top notch property manager available to help at a moments notice. Would recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time here for our bachelorette. Location is easily accessible to New Orleans attractions, and is a beautiful historic home. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Leeann did not have an extensive cleaning/to do list like some VRBOs or competitors. She truly wanted us to have fun. Highly recommend!!

Bachelor Party Stay at the Mansion

Had a great time staying at the Les Carillons mansion. The house is very spacious with enough room for about 17-18 guests comfortably and the house had some very nice aesthetics. Location is close to most destinations within NOLA and is easy to get around.

Best Place to Stay in NOLA!

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy every aspect of New Orleans and have a great time with your friends, I’d highly recommend staying here. There’s not many hosts as good as Lee Ann. The house was provided with more than enough toiletries to outlast your stay plus the “pay-it-forward liquor cabinet” was a nice extra bonus. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great Experience

Lee Ann was a great host, she was incredibly easy to speak with and accessible for any questions we had. The house itself was perfect for my group with plenty of beds and a great living room for us to all hang out in. The house was in walking distance to all of the main attractions. I would absolutely book this location again for a large group stay!

Perfect stay in the Barbie Dream house!

This was my second time staying in Lee Ann’s beautiful property and it was just as dreamy as the first. Lee Ann was extremely responsive and helpful leading up to and during the stay. The home looks even better than the pictures and the beds are so comfortable. It was the perfect place to host my bachelorette party and I can’t say thank you enough!!!

Satisfied Stay in New Orleans

The property itself is massive and still had room leftover despite our group of 14. Situated near everything we wanted to do it was a perfect spot for our soiree. LeeAnn, the property host, is an absolutely a delight. She is responsive, organized, and truly will go above and beyond for her guests. We do not have any complaints from her and encourage everyone with large parties to stay here.

Perfect Fantasy Football Draft Weekend Location

The house was really cool-you can feel the history as you walk through it. We had 13 adult men and everyone had their own bed, plenty of space for the group to spread out and great dining and living space for us to be all together. The house was well stocked and we had everything we need. Location is great-walked to Bourbon Street, the Superdome, and amazing restaurants with no issues. Also appreciated secure parking.

Amazing, Spacious House in Great Neighborhood

Leeann was a wonderful host. We comfortably fit our entire group in the house with plenty of room to spare. The pool was enjoyed multiple days and the location was prime to walk to all parts of scenic New Orleans. LeeAnn was wonderful in her communication, and even left us beignets one morning for breakfast! I will certainly stay again at her property when I go back to NOLA.

Amazing Stay!!

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for my partner and I’s Bach trip last weekend! Lee Ann was one of the best hosts I have ever had and was more than accommodating to us. There was so much space for the 15 of us and the house was very clean and provided everything we could have wanted. Location is great to be a little bit further from the French Quarter (which we wanted) but also close to grocery stores, shops, etc. and still walkable to French Quarter! If I know anyone going to NOLA and needing a large place to stay, I would no doubt recommend this place!

Perfect House for a Group

We had a group of 9 adults to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house had plenty of room for all of us. There are enough bedrooms, bathrooms, seats at the dining room table and in the family room. The house is fully stocked with the essentials, plenty of towels, glasses, plates, etc. The host has thought of many things that make this house extra special. The neighborhood is great, many walkable restaurants and bars close by (highly recommend Peche and Sophia’s). We always felt safe and loved the front balcony. We would definitely stay here again with a group!

Beautiful Home in NOLA

We had nine ladies staying here for a long weekend and had plenty of room. The house is absolutely gorgeous,beautiful staircases, windows, fully stocked kitchen. All the amenities you would need. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the huge dining table playing cards. The location is fabulous for walking to so many of the sites nearby. Leeann, our host is a great communicator and very accommodating. We look forward to staying again next year when we return to NOLA!

Beautiful historic home in the Arts district

Property was lovely, matched the photos to a tee and was generally very comfortable to stay in. This historic beauty had lovely water pressure and plenty of hot water for four women getting ready at the same time which was quite impressive. The balcony is lovely to sit and have coffee or a glass of wine on. Really appreciated the elevator for the luggage as the stairs are a little narrow at the top. There was a bunch of nice restaurants recommended in the house book, within walking distance, which we very much enjoyed. This house is great for larger groups with multiple beds and a great communal area on the second floor. Definitely would stay again.

Perfectly located - amazing for large groups

We had a large group in town for Jazzfest / Bachelor Party extravaganza, and this house met all of our needs and then some. The house is exceptionally charming, and has plenty of space for a large group to spread out. It is also extremely well located - only a 15 minute walk to the quarter, also a short drive over to the expressway in case you're getting out of town. Lee Ann was an absolute delight as a host as well - extremely friendly, communicative, and flexible as our plans changed around. She's among the best hosts I've ever met doing this sort of thing. Cannot reccomend this house enough!

Just Right!

This is an 1845 house that has survived and been retrofitted to modern life. That said, it is not a hotel - it is still an 1845 house with its crotchets and its retrofit crotchets! Just relax and enjoy the beautiful house, the safe neighborhood, the excellent location, the wonderful owner-host who is on-call, and all of New Orleans.
