Tiny parks like Annunciation Square and Coliseum Square are local gathering spots. This condo is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including Jackson Square (2.1 Miles), Caesars Superdome/Smoothie King Center (1.6 Miles), The National WWII Museum (0.9 Miles), and the famous Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 (0.9 Miles).

The Lower Garden District has a way of drawing you in slowly - the creak of the streetcar nearby, the smell of coffee drifting from a corner café, the soft morning light filtering through wooden shutters. This one-bedroom condo sits right in the middle of it all, just off Magazine Street, giving you a genuine New Orleans base that feels lived-in and warm rather than transactional.

Living space
Natural light moves through the space throughout the day, catching the modern finishes and the kind of easy, uncluttered layout that makes settling in effortless. The living area is anchored by a 43-inch HDTV with Netflix and standard cable, with fast wifi at 179 Mbps keeping you connected for streaming or video calls. Board games are tucked away for slower evenings, and the climate is handled by a split-type ductless AC and heating system, plus a ceiling fan for those nights when you just want moving air.

Outdoor living
Step through to your private balcony overlooking Magazine Street - a front-row seat to one of New Orleans' most characterful corridors. Morning coffee here, with the neighborhood easing into the day below you, is a hard thing to give up.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is built around a king bed dressed in quality linens, with clothing storage and hangers so you can actually unpack. Room-darkening shades let you sleep as late as New Orleans demands.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking - Frigidaire stainless steel electric stove, single oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, alongside the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you'd expect. A drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and wine glasses round things out. Pull up a stool at the bar area or sit down at the dining table - both options are there.

Workspace
A dedicated workspace with an Ethernet connection and fast wifi means remote work is genuinely viable here, not an afterthought. The space has a door, giving you the separation you need for focused hours.

Bathroom & essentials
The renovated bathroom includes a modern shower with hot water, and complimentary toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Fresh towels, bed linens, a hair dryer, iron, and cleaning products are all provided.

Family-friendly features
A pack 'n play/travel crib and folding high chair are available upon request, and babysitter recommendations can be arranged if needed.

Arrival & security
Self check-in via smart lock and a private entrance mean arrivals on your own schedule. Free street parking is available. The property has exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Cleaning is available during your stay, and long-term stays are welcome.

Magazine Street is essentially outside your door - cafés, boutiques, and il Mercato are all within walking distance. The streetcar puts the French Quarter, the WWII Museum, and Lafayette Cemetery within easy reach.
