Luxury 3 BR Penthouse with balcony in Downtown NOLA

The Superdome Penthouse is perfect for families and groups alike. This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse condo is located in central New Orleans. Floor to ceiling windows show the view of downtown New Orleans and allow entry onto the large terrace. Located in walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Super Dome, Smoothie King Center, and a multitude of exquisite restaurants, shops, and booming nightlife you are guaranteed to experience what New Orleans has to offer.

The penthouse features an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, accented by city scape views from the large surrounding windows. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with pillow top queen-sized beds with plenty of closet space, while the master suite features a Temperpedic king-sized bed and stunning bathroom. You can find large flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms and in the living room, ready for all of your entertainment needs. Cook and dine easily in the fully furnished kitchen, equipped with appliances and cookware and dining area available to seat 6 guests.

Each spa-like bathroom is supplied with complimentary toiletries and towels. The master en-suite features a fully marble shower and bathtub with surrounding shower heads, while the second bathroom features a marble sink and tub surround.

Guest Access – Each guest will receive full access to the comforts of the penthouse suite through a front door key code. Rest easy knowing the comforts of home and the amenities of a luxurious penthouse suite are at the touch of a finger.

Being only two blocks from the St. Charles streetcar, this is a great way to see lots of the city - especially St. Charles Avenue through the Garden District to Audubon Park. The oak lined street offers some of the best New Orleans aesthetic. Besides foot, the streetcar is the best way to get around. We are about a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter and only about a 7 minute walk to the Superdome and Smoothie King Center. The location is absolutely ideal!

Awesome Place, Great Location

Long weekend with friends. We had a great time. The condo is in a great location. We easily walked to the French Quarter and the WWII museum! The grocery stores across the street was an added bonus.

Excellent location and property

Location was ideal and a quick walk from the French Quarter. We felt very safe in the location. We traveled as a family and there was ample room to spread out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, but the TVs were hard to use and we had to stream from our phones and the bath towels were not absorptive.

Best rental ever!

This was by far the best rental property I have ever stayed in. The place was beautiful, immaculate and perfectly located. We walked to 90% of the places we wanted to go and never took our car out of the garage. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night.

Perfect Location to take in NOLA!

I can highly recommend this property. Terrific location close to everything. Caroline & Shaun were extremely responsive and helpful. The Grosh store across the street was an excellent surprise and is much more than a basic Grosh store - very convenient. Several great eating options, coffee spots & great bars "on the block".

Great location for saints game

My husband and I with our two adult children and their significant others spent a long weekend here - perfect location, a walk to the French quarter but not a bad one and a streetcar from the garden district. Beds were comfy and home was well appointed we enjoyed making breakfast every day. Would stay again only request would be some shades on the windows in the living area so we didn’t have to wear sunglasses to watch the football Games lol.

Spacious and central location

Stayed here with two families and our toddler and the condo is centrally located, spacious, and up to date. There is a grocery store right across the street and you can walk nearly anywhere in NOLA from here. Host is very communicative. Recommended for any group!

Great upscale property in a convenient location!

The property was beautiful and well-maintained. The neighborhood was nice. We were able to walk to a lot of different places to eat and also to hop on the trolley. The beds were comfortable and clean. The apartment was very roomy. Especially, considering there were only two of us there. I would highly recommend this place. I contacted the host several times before enduring our stay and they were always very responsive.

Great weekend in downtown NOLA

The accommodations were good - consistent with the reviews I read prior to booking. Clean, comfortable unit. My only complaint is the condition of the sofa that has experienced wear and tear. I purchased sheets matching the sofa’s gray color to cover it - which unfortunately added to my expenses.

Nola Rocks

This property is amazing! It is located near many dining and drinking establishments in walking distance. There is a Rouses kiddie corner which allows you to purchase all you food and beverages for the unit. For the sports fan it was perfect to walk to The Superdome or Pelican’s arena. Overall this place was perfect for our time spent in Nola!! We highly recommend this property.

The apartment is truly within 10 min walking from many places. A nice grocery store and pharmacy are a 1 minute walk away. The views are great although of other buildings. The apartment was clean, beautiful light at sunset and well laid out.

Exceeded Expectations!

I wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger on this property. Every detail is thought out and just makes your stay seamless. There is a CVS and Rouse Grocery across the street. Amazing! So comfortable and classy. They are responsive and flexible and do what they can to make your stay a great experience. This is the way a vacation stay should be.

Perfect Condo

Just wrapped up our stay at this condo. It was wonderful. Everything that was shared on the site was accurate. The rooms were large. Primary bath was great and the location provided easy accessibility to everything in our list. We rented a car only because I planned multiple trips outside of the city, but you really don’t need one. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

April trip

The property was beautiful, well-stocked, and spacious with a location away from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter. Any concerns with the property were addressed timely by Caroline. Having a grocery store and CVS close by proved invaluable as we didn't rent a car while in NOLA. The only downside in the neighborhood was the amount of homeless people sleeping (and urinating) in the doors and on the streets in the immediate vicinity. Would highly recommend !

New Orleans weekend

We went to New Orleans on Thursday as part of a trip to the Auburn-LSU game on Saturday. The Superdome Penthouse was well located for walking or taking the streetcar to the French Quarter and restaurants and everything we planned on doing. It was clean and tastefully decorated and allowed us to spend time together as a family that we would not been able to enjoy nearly as much had we stayed in a hotel. Everything about our weekend was perfect and all of our future trips will be compared to the standard set this weekend. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to comfortably enjoy their stay in New Orleans.

Great location! Unit is beautiful…however, as a previous guest pointed out, the couch is pretty worn. It’s also very low to the ground. We were disappointed in the lack of response. The sink faucet was so loose that we had to turn the cold water valve off. We were there for 9 days. For the money, it should have been fix. There were other issues that also should have been fixed. There is a grocery store nearby by, which allowed us to get provisions.

Beautiful Penthouse in a Perfect Location

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The place is immaculate and very spacious. The location is excellent and incredibly convenient for walking to things. We walked to the Superdome, WWII museum, dinner at Cochon, and Harrah’s pretty easily. It is technically walkable to Bourbon Street, although we Ubered when we went. The host was incredible responsive and accommodated our early checkin request. Each room has its own TV and the master bathroom is enormous. The TVs also made it very easy to view different apps, which can sometimes be a challenge in rental properties. We loved it here and would highly recommend anyone who is considering this place to book it! It really added to our overall experience in NOLA.

Perfect space in a perfect place to enjoy all of New Orleans

It started off a little rocky with the check in as there was a small step missed that caused our checkin email not to be sent to us. But once we got a hold of the owner it was sorted out immediately. So after we had a couple martinis and oysters at a nearby bar everything started off much better. It is a perfect place for a larger group. We had 6 of us and never felt crowded. Perfect patio for an afternoon in the sun and so close to so many great spots. Tons of natural light in the living space making it a great space in between touring the city. We would stay there again anytime. Beds were a little soft for our preference but not work complaining about.

This property was everything it was described to be. We loved the floor to ceiling windows looking out on the city. There are two bedrooms that don’t have windows, good for sleeping! We had a problem with one of the beds and the host came and fixed it right away. If you stay in the master bedroom you are in for a special treat-the bathroom is a dream bathroom with huge bathtub and separate large shower. The place is roomy and comfortable and modern. Location was perfect for us. We felt very safe and we walked everywhere we went except one place - Bacchanal- needed Uber. We would have spent so much more if we had rented 3 hotel rooms and been far less comfortable. I highly recommend this property.
