The Space:
This spacious five-bedroom home is the ideal retreat for groups traveling together!

The main floor boasts a welcoming great room featuring a large living area with a smart TV, a generously sized dining table perfect for meals or games, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials to whip up a basic meal. A convenient powder room is located just off the living room. The first bedroom is on the main level and offers a queen bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a roomy walk-in closet.

Upstairs, you'll find a cozy sitting area and work station—perfect for relaxing with a book or tackling remote work. The second floor includes four additional bedrooms, each paired with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom for added convenience and privacy.

Step outside to enjoy the private patio, complete with a BBQ grill and a spacious outdoor dining table for alfresco meals. Or, relax on the charming front porch with your favorite drink and soak in the vibrant neighborhood atmosphere.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including all five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. Enjoy the living room, kitchen, dining area, and outdoor spaces like the patio or front porch. Amenities such as the BBQ grill are also available for your use.

The Neighborhood:
Located two blocks from the streetcar line, groups can easily spend the day exploring the French Quarter or Marigny neighborhoods. Street art is everywhere, covering buildings throughout the neighborhood.

The house is less than a mile walk from the live-music paradise of Frenchmen Street, and a 15-minute walk to Bourbon St and the Mississippi River.

Walgreen's, Starbucks, and Robert's upscale grocery store are .7 miles away. While street parking is generally available, there is a fair amount of street traffic and the block is a mix of residential homes and commercial businesses including the popular Dee's Xquisite Seafood and two dive bars: the GOAT and Poor Boy's.

The home is in an up-and-coming area in between the well-known Treme and Marigny neighborhoods.

Less than a mile away, you can hang at the Hi-Ho Lounge which has nightly live music, comedy, and dance parties; Kajun's Pub, a 24-hour karaoke bar; and The AllWays Lounge & Cabaret with drag shows and local theatrical productions. Other great spots nearby are St. Roch Market (upscale food court with several amazing food vendors), New Orleans Boulder Lounge (climbing gym), and New Orleans Healing Center (Yoga and similar classes).

Getting Around:
Conveniently located near public transportation, this house offers easy access to explore New Orleans. Several streetcar lines are just a short walk away, providing direct routes to popular destinations such as the French Quarter, Garden District, and City Park. For those arriving by car, free on-street parking is readily available in front of the building.
