Stylish small private home steps away from vibrant Freret Street, the trendy uptown hotspot filled with restaurants, shops, and bars. 10 minute walk to St. Charles where you will find famous restaurants, the street car, and Mardi Gras Parades. Also walking distance to Tulane and Loyola. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown and the French Quarter.

About the Space:
This charming and cozy house is in a great location central to all popular parts of New Orleans. It is a small one bedroom/one bath home that is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. It features one bedroom with a queen bed and small closet, a living area with a full kitchen, and one bathroom with a beautiful shower/bath and stacked washer/dryer. (Not pictured in the bedroom is a 5 drawer dresser and smart tv).

Tulane visit

Comfortable Digs in a Desirable Neighborhood

Can’t say enough good about this place. Cute cottage surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. Place is clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to St Charles Ave.

Great quiet location

Great spot to stay away from the bustle but still an easy walk to the streetcar. One block from coffee shops and a grocery store too. The property owner was very responsive and allowed us to leave our bags before and after check-in times which was a lifesaver.

Great Getaway

We were very impressed with this little house. It is very nice and close to many activities, restaurants, and shopping. The only concern we had is that the door lock is electronic and there is no way to lock it from the inside. Otherwise it was perfect.

The neighborhood was quiet and close to several restaurants and a grocery store. The house came equipped with anything you would need. Parking is just a few steps away from the house. I felt safe and comfortable just like being at home.

Awesome Experience!

The property was just what we needed for a short weekend trip away. Unbeknownst to us it is within walking distance of a quaint little street with multiple shops and food choices where we walked around and enjoyed ourselves. It was perfect! We will definitely be back soon! :-)

Great little place for a single or couple. One of the most convenient places to stay in NOLA as well. Everything you need is just around the corner and it’s really quiet. Really clean. Parking in front of house is no problem.

A Pleasant Stay

The home was as advertised. It’s tiny, but was all we needed (for 2 people). It was clean and well-appointed. The AC cranks out the cold air, which is a welcome relief in steamy New Orleans. Communication with host was clear and easy. Great location- near many restaurants and shops. Would recommend.

NOLA - Freret

Very nice stay in NOLA one block from Freret St. Property was clean and just as advertised. Nice shower/bathroom. Easy check in/out. Would stay here again. The only negative (for me) was that the scent of the air freshener was a little too strong for my liking (I'very sensitive to smells).

Great Little Gem in Really Good Location

I come to New Orleans a lot for work. I normally try to stay Uptown which is the area I'm most comfortable with. This was my first time staying here and it was great. Very quiet. Super easy street parking. Love the location being so close to Ferret St. Everything in the place was very clean and easy to use. Look forward to my next stay here!

New Orleans gem

Stayed here for 4 nights. Easy access to French quarter by uber or street car. Good coffee and breakfast establishments close by, accessible on foot. Unit clean, and well equipped for someone not doing a lot of cooking. But good amount of kitchen items for my needs. Paul was a great host and was very responsive prior to my arrival and after I was in the unit. I would stay again!!!

My husband and I took a trip to N.O. to go to the saints game and visit popular places. The location of the house was perfect(fast drive to the Superdome, Decatur St & Bourbon St and fast walk to some great breakfast places *try the homemade Humble Bagels) and having our own place was great! The house was the perfect size for my husband and I for our 4 day getaway. Street parking was no problem and the house was clean! We would stay here again 100%!

Amazing little stay

This is the perfect little place for a couple looking to explore New Orleans or relax in a quiet city neighborhood. The properties location is in a safe place with friendly and considerate neighbors. It’s just over half a mile to the nearest public transportation trolly stop. We left our vehicle at home and walked the beautiful area admiring the home styles along the way. We chose to take the trolly so we didn’t have to drive and then find parking. We bought a 3 day Jazzy pass for the price of one Uber trip. If we get to travel back to New Orleans this property would be our number one choice.

Fantastic Location

We really enjoyed staying at this rental. It was clean, private, and perfectly located. Parking out front was easy. The rental had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. About one block away was Freret Street with several coffee shops, restaurants, and stores for groceries. We really liked the nearby Windowsills Pies and Coffee shop. Also great pizza at The Midway with its eclectic decor. The neighborhood was quintessential New Orleans. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Magazine St and the St. Charles are a few blocks away. The rental was a great base location for exploring New Orleans. We’d definitely stay there again.

This little house was perfect for our quiet romantic get away. Such a great neighborhood with walkable market and restaurants. The house was clean and exactly as described. We made use of the deep bath tub too. Paul was always super responsive. Already talking about renting here again!
