This building is older and I did not have hot water on three out of four mornings. Maintenance was able to get it going one morning and I was in too much of a hurry to wait for that on the other two days. I reported it though and the front desk lowered my bill. So there are problems associated with the older building but everyone is aware and does their best to deal with it.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were excellent particularly Christine, the manager who helped us with check-in. The location is very convenient and while the room was on the small side, it was planned well enough that we were comfortable. Given the very reasonable price of the hotel, we were very pleased with our stay. The building is close enough to the French quarter to walk and there are lots of really good restaurants very close. There was random construction around the hotel, but wee didn’t hear anything in our 8th floor room.

Arrived earlier than expected on Mardi Gras DAY!!. Front desk clerk was very nice & helpful. Check in & out was immediate. Valet was a breeze as well. Bed was super comfy. In very convenient location of all things NEW ORLEANS! Awesome stay. Will definitely stay again.
