This place by far was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I like to have a small kitchenette wherever I go just cause I like to make drinks and it tops it. It is a basically a small apartment. It’s beautiful, comfortable, clean, and quiet if you’re looking to stay at a Place that’s better than a hotel than this is the place. It’s also in a safe area. Parking was easy if I ever go back I will definitely stay here again. It reached my expectations and then some not to mention the price was almost as much as stayingat a hotel or less and you get way better of a place.

I loved the area of Roami at Motorworks because it was a good walking distance from the French quarter and it was far enough that it wasn't loud at night. It was perfectly located between the garden district and other areas to allow easy access to things nearby. Definitely recommend it for folks who would like quieter nights and for folks who would like to stay longer (plenty of room in the fridge for food!) Space was clean, well lit, and super welcoming. I liked the digital welcome screen by the front door. Would love to stay again in the future.

The clean team came out and offered to let us in 10 minutes before time since we were standing outside with all our luggage and our unit was ready. Which was very nice of him. However I noticed later that there was a charge of $115 for early check in put on my card! He NEVER mentioned that, or we would have stayed standing outside for those last 10 minutes! I have put in a dispute with my credit card company.

The property was perfect for our party of five people. The bedrooms were large. The common areas were spacious. The Saint Charles Street car line stop was about a block away so that was convenient. This accommodation is close to a Rouses market to get groceries. There are a couple of coffee shops nearby, but you’ll have to go a little further away to get more restaurants. The beds are very comfortable. The closets are great as well, with a light in them. Look for the light switch inside the closet. If you are sensitive to light, know that light from nearby businesses can come in at night through the mini blinds. We were impressed by the fact that the faucets were Grohe and the dishwasher was Bosch. Nice equipment. The freezer in the refrigerator was not working, but the staff was able to provide bagged ice for us.

The staff representatives that I spoke with were great. The location was exactly where we needed to be and the unit was very spacious . However, the unit was subpar in cleanliness. The bottoms of our feet and white socks were black from the dirty concrete floors. We wore shoes after experiencing this displeasure. There were dust bunnies in every corner, under the sofa, stairs, behind doors, etc.The mattress of the pull out sofa was very soiled. We paid an exorbitant amount of money for those dates and would never have expected to pay for a unit that was in need of deep cleaning and a new sofa bed mattres. I paid extra because there were three of us and we slept in the same bed because no would could bear the thought of the sofa bed.

Never staying here or any of these properties again. To be sure, the building and apartments are nicely design. But the management company does not keep them clean or fixed. Dirty walls, dirty bathrooms, towel bars and toilet paper holders broken, a misfunctioning door lock, dusty as hell, etc. avoid.
