The Space:
Come enjoy this bright and airy, new construction home outfitted with high-end finishes throughout.
The kitchen is fully equiped for all of your cooking needs and the bedrooms are outfitted with luxury Comphy brand sheets and deluxe mattresses.
There are three bedrooms or one can be used as on office. There is an additional workspace in the kitchen.

On top of that, it has an amazing back patio and yard.

Located just a few blocks from the Saint Charles Street Car at Palmer Park, Robert's Market grocery store, and Carrolton Ave. Plus you are right next to Belegard bakery, the best bread in town!

Getting Around:
This home is only two blocks from the Saint Charles Streetcar line at Palmer Park. It will take you right down to the French Quarter for $1.25. Or if you prefer Uber/Lyft it is centrally located and about 10 minutes to anywhere you would want to go.

Modern, Quiet, Clean

Great place to retreat from the riverfront. Spacious, very clean, new, quality renovation, with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, and body wash. Large fridge and freezer, nice coffee station with two types of coffee makers, paper towels, salt and pepper, some keurig coffees and teas. Quiet back yard. Great A/C & heater, comfy sheets. Nicely done!

Big Easy Weekend

We enjoyed our time in the city and found the house to be beautiful and comfortable. It was also convenient to all the places we wanted to visit, from family's homes to restaurants to downtown. There was construction going on in the neighborhood with street closures, but that did not prevent us from enjoying the property. There were 4 of us, and we would all stay at this home again. The hosts were responsive and friendly as well.
