Come experience New Orleans by staying in this light filled 1 bedroom in the heart of New Orleans. Situated only a block away from the iconic St. Charles Avenue, this home is the perfect location to experience all of what NOLA has to offer. Built in the 1800s, this home comes with all the historic New Orleans charm; and includes a lush shared backyard.

The Space:
This lovely apartment is equiped with a full kitchen, bathroom and large bedroom with a queen size bed. Soaring ceilings and lots of windows, make the unit feel very large and full of light. The home has classic finishes, such as the restored (non-working) brick fireplace mixed with colorful and eclectic decor to provide a true New Orleans vibe.

Guest Access:
Home is a 4 plex. You have full private access to your unit. Shared backyard.

The Neighborhood:
The home is two blocks away from the iconic street car to help you access the city. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance.

Getting Around:
St Charles streetcar is only 2 blocks away.
