Welcome to Harcol House—your luxury home in New Orleans. Our curated 2–5 bedroom units are in the vibrant Warehouse District, just 6 blocks from the French Quarter and 4 blocks from the Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center. Walk to Bourbon Street, catch Mardi Gras parades, grab a slice of Pizza from Forbidden Pizza and experience the best of NOLA’s night life. Perfect for families and groups seeking comfort, style, and access to the city’s top attractions and unforgettable energy.

This well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and two bedrooms, each with a private en-suite.

We are located in the CBD of New Orleans and six blocks away from the well renowned French Quarter and Bourbon Street. You will find the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants including the legendary Forbidden Pizza right around the corner. The World War II Museum, Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Ernest M. Morial Convention Center are all nearby.

No vehicle is necessary during your stay. If you drive into town, there is Premium Parking one block away from us.

Late check-out (1pm) and early check-in (2pm) are available for an additional fee of $100 each. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a link to add-on either of these accommodations, if you would like. Earlier or later check-outs beyond this will be on a case-by-case basis.

Harcol House is a boutique suite hotel owned and managed locally in New Orleans offering 2-5 bedroom units, each with full kitchens and comfortable living areas. We offer the convenience and space of apartment living with the cleanliness and service you expect from a boutique hotel.
