"The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because The Best Western Hotel needs an upgrade. I was very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. However, the main lobby and dining area could use a spruce up. For example, the main lobby could be more welcoming with live plants, new furniture, wall hangings, tapestry and carpets.
