Alpine Pass | Hocking Hills, Hot Tub, Wood Stove

Experience beauty inside and out at Alpine Pass. This modern cabin is part of Wilder's beautiful 40 acres and is situated privately among the 10 total cabins on the Wilder Property. You will be nestled amongst the trees of our private woods, which is lined with hiking trails. It features a hot tub, indoor wood burning stove, king bed, coffee and tea bar, and selection of board games. Come unwind, disconnect from distractions, and reconnect to what matters in the stillness and beauty of the wilderness. Must be 21 years or older to rent. Open Parking lot for all 10 cabins on site. Please note that parking is not available directly in front of your cabin. Wagon is provided to assist with luggage. 4WD/AWD is recommended in all seasons.

Perfect Family Getaway

Alpine Pass was the perfect space for our family of four. Great location to start our trip with mountain biking at Lake Hope State Park, then arrived at check-in and spent the evening setting up our campsite with the hammocks and slack line we brought, gathering wood for a fire (though firewood can also easily be purchased), and relaxing in the hot tub. Hiking at Hocking Hills the next day was outstanding. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

If you need to rest and recharge your batteries, this is the place to do it.

This little cabin in the woods is an amazing place to stay. Everything was super clean, especially the hot tub. The cleaning staff was super nice and gave us really good recommendations of stuff to do in the area. The only negative opinion that I had about this place (and maybe I didn't read close enough) was the cabins on this piece of property are a little bit closer than I would like them to be. The cabins aren't on top of each other, but they're just a little bit close for my preference.

Beautiful accommodations in a really great area that was only 10-15 minutes from all the best hiking spots. The summer vegetation offered privacy from the other guests, but could see how that would be lacking during the cold season.

Beautiful little getaway.

Amazing place to get away in the forest while still enjoying all the luxuries you could want. Up to date but still cozy and comfy. Come prepared with a 4wheel drive vehicle or strong legs to haul your belongings up a hill. Steep gravel drive was not doable for my car……not a disadvantage in my opinion, but just wanted to make others aware. Great place!

Bed leaves somewhere to be desired and the wodden piece on bathroom floor needs to go always smashed foot into it going to the bathroom. Other then that its nice.
