Our cozy Shipping Container is situated in the heart of the awe-inspiring Hocking Hills and Lake Hope State Parks. The flat, easy access driveway is suitable for all vehicles and motorcycles. The tiny house has 1 bedroom and 1 bath. We offer a well stocked kitchen featuring an induction cook top, toaster oven, microwave and small refrigerator with freezer. All cooking and dining accessories are provided. Enjoy the generous 6 person hot tub, fire pit, electric fireplace, and Roku TVs.

The space:
Nova Cottage has a fully stocked coffee, tea and hot cocoa bar. We provide go cups so you can take your beverage with you! The front patio has rocking chairs perfect for watching the sun go down behind the hills. Our covered back patio has comfortable patio furniture, hot tub and macrame swing. Great for all types of weather! We also offer a gas grill with propane. We are excited to host you soon!

Great property for Hocking Hills Couple Visit

Lexi’s property is centrally located with close access to parks but plenty of privacy. It’s located next to two other properties but has excellent privacy screens and the fire pit in the back was a great touch. I’d highly recommend staying here for any couples who want to visit. Lexi was also very communicative and helped with any questions and recommendations!

The cottage was clean, wonderful amenities, quiet and serene environment and the WiFi was super helpful due to having no cellphone signal. We had a minor issue and the staff promptly responded and took care of it. There’s lots to do in the Hocking Hills area as well.

Quiet & peaceful

The house was very clean and tidy. Had everything we would need for a little getaway. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. Hot tub was very clean and hot. Backyard/patio is amazing. Such a fun spot. We brought cornhole and played for hours. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks so much!

Was perfect for our stay on a ridiculously hot weekend in Ohio. It was beautiful.. made me go home and get the same AC unit. Was a little too hot for the hot tub and fireplace but toughed it out to enjoy those amenities! No service when arriving so make sure you have instructions ahead of time

Lovely little cottage

Cottage was just as advertised and in a great location, clean and comfy. Ice cube trays and a lighter for a fire would have been nice to have provided. Unfortunately i didn't realize there was no lighter until i was already back to the cottage on my last night. I left firewood for the next guest instead of having a cozy evening fire.

Love the Privacy and Setting, hot tub is our favorite!

We stayed in Luna 2 nights Last year for our 40th Anniversary get away and decided to come back this year. Nova was designed the same. I wanted to go somewhere different and decided to stay here as you don't charge the exorbitant cleaning fee and I really appreciate that. We are clean people and don't mind to clean after ourselves to help you out in return. It would be nice if you had a little battery blower to blow off the patio and porch!

Accommodating needs of someone who wanted what always worked is Hocking Hills area. 40 years and just a few steps away from mine own father’s family roots. There facilities are unique and peaceful. I’ve camped tent for many years so this was paradise for an old soul. Wedding plans and newness of life is my horizons but now re-energized full steam ahead. I’m learning limitations and age but my children knows where my heart has always been and wished I bought property.

My husband and I booked this property for a 3 night stay for his birthday but left after the first night. The indoors was not comfortable at all due to the fruit flies, the dust, and the overall uncleanliness of the place (my feet were practically black after walking around the place for just a few hours because the floors were so dirty). The place did not feel comfortable at all to us. We didn't even try to relax outside because of the amount of bugs that surrounded the property (we've stayed in cabins in the middle of the woods with less of a bug problem). Was not a pleasant experience at all.
