The property is new, very comfortable and clean, nice touches by the housekeeping staff… They take $100 deposit which is taking a long time to be refunded… and it’s a lot… even the posh hotels don’t hold that much…

Hotel & room was clean!! Staff were friendly & great!! Staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week roadtrip. After our mishap at the beach, we were low in spirits. We got back to the hotel late at 11pm & we were so surprised to see our room had been cleaned. All the other hotels we stayed at you had to request for a cleaning service. They even put a mini Easter basket with treats in our room. I know to others this may not be much, but it lifted my spirits greatly & it made my day. This was such a kind gesture for the hotel & staff to do for the guests. I would definitely come back!! Thank you for your amazing customer service, which is so rare nowadays. 😊

The fitness center treadmill was inoperable. The lights in my room went out the last night of my stay, room iron didnt work, and ironing board was rickety. Staff was great, place was clean; breakfast was good, and coffee was always available.

I liked everything except the luggage carts. Whom ever selected those carts should find another job preferably outside the hotel vocation. The carts provide no platform on which to place items smaller than a large suitcase. Plus, one must often make more than one trip. Obviously, this person has never stayed in a true five star hotel of international repute. Ugh!

This has to be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was new. Looked like nobody had ever occupied my room before me. Staff was constantly cleaning inside and outside the property. I was blown away. Highly recommend this hotel!
