"This was such a pleasant surprise! The room far exceeded my expectations! It was clean and had all of my essentials! The amenities and fixtures looked very modern. This is what I call a chic motel, and I will definitely stay again in the future. Thanks Expedia for having such a wide inventory and allowing me to discover this little gem."

"Overpriced for the overall condition of this place - had a seedy quality and hate to say it but the some of the characters staying there seemed a bit sketchy and concerning- especially as a female traveling alone. But it was adequate and overall location was good."

"I asked for a late check out and was told they would leave notes for the person in the morning. Found out from the manager in the morning they were completely booked and couldn't accommodate me. I was out to lunch with my family and they wanted us out by 1. I felt like I was being interrogated because the manager asked how was I at lunch if I just spoke with house keeping and she kept asking if I knew who I spoke to the night before. I never got the other person's name and didn't think I had to. When I went to check out the manager that was rude and unprofessional seemed very eager to tell me that the person I spoke to the night before was the night manager. That is very concerning to me that two managers treated a customer that way. If it was their mistake they should've figured something out. We had to leave at 2 pm and our flight was not until 7:30! Our vacation turned nightmare because of two "managers" that have zero customer service experience. I would recommend retraining or possibly new managers. The restaurant staff were amazing, the woman that checked us in was friendly and helpful , security and maintenance crew were awesome! But unfortunately we will not book there again due to the managers."
"The hotel was in a great location and made it super accessible to go to St. Petes, Clearwater, and Madeira beach. The hotel itself is in pristine condition and we loved looking at the bayview from our window. The only downside was the amount of time we had waited to be served breakfast - almost an hour. I was pretty sure they were short-staffed so we did not rush them and just patiently waited. Overall, it was still a great weekend stay at The Westin and I’ll certainly be back!"
"This is our second time staying here. It’s a basic motel-style stay with premium amenities. The property has potential but it is older and cheaply remodeled, but with that being said it doesn’t take away from the wonderful staff who care and keep the whole place spotless and clean. The staff is great and the outdoor space is fantastic. The location is perfect for your Busch Gardens weekend. Will definitely be back."
"We stayed in the king sized bed with a balcony view of the marina and it was our best stay ever. We had so much fun grabbing drinks at the restaurant downstairs and it was a very short walk to the beach, other restaurants and fun places to go. There is a pretty large pool and a waterfall hot tub that we used at least once every day. The staff was so nice. The only downside was that the food downstairs isnt great so we only had appetizers and got food other places! Will definitely be back very soon!!!"
"Rick and Ricardo, the bartenders, found out I was there for a funeral. They went above and beyond making me feel better about the reason for my visit. Also, the main valet gentleman was the best. I was attacked by no-see-ums one night and ended up with quite the welt on my head. I showed it to Rick. Within minutes he was back with hydrocortisone cream for the welt and it worked. I found the entire staff to be very accommodating, but the three individuals above stood out."
