"There are a lot of added expenses such as you had to pay for breakfast it wasn’t included and parking 15.00 per night. There was no coffee made in the lobby as advertised there would be. Went to guests laundry area sign said laundry detergent/supplies were available at the front desk. When I asked he said they were out of all stock. Otherwise was room was clean and nice."

"The girl at counter initially helpful- one employee down- so she had too Much to do- graduation weekend- chaos- our room was not acceptable- ac malfunctioning, no other room available - banking like crazy - girl couldn’t help - overwhelmed With customers. Booked thru Expedia- so they intervened and we got our money back- the hotel initially didn’t want to do that. Maybe other times the hotel is ok- might be just one off"

"I usually don't write reviews, but I'm doing this one to highlight really excellent service. Staff behind the counter, as well as at the breakfast bar was *exceptional*. The breakfast bar was*spotless*, and the gentleman there worked non-stop to help the guests. The staff throughout this facility was kind and super courteous. Nice to see these days!!!"
